Refund Policy

AI Style by DNA, SL

If you purchased a subscription for paid content (“the app”) provided by AI Style by DNA, SL, and you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please review our refund and cancellation policy here.

Automatic Renewals

Your subscription for the app will automatically renew for successive renewal periods of the same duration selected at the time of your purchase. We welcome you to start using the app with a 50% discount off the standard price for the first month. From the second month onward, we will charge the full standard price.

Until you cancel, your payment method will be charged during the 24 hour period of the renewal date. Your non-cancellation reaffirms that AI Style by DNA, SL is authorized to charge your card or PayPal account.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by reaching out to our support team at info@styledna.ai. If you have concerns or questions about canceling your subscription or accessing the app, you can also contact our support team at info@styledna.ai. 

Please note that cancellation requests sent by email to our support team are being processed faster and you will also receive subscription cancellation confirmation from us.

Please be aware that your purchased subscription will not cancel automatically if you delete or uninstall the app. 

Refunds

Refunds will only apply to the initial or first full-price subscription charge and will not be extended to subsequent subscription renewals. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your app experience or you encounter any issues with your purchase, please note that not all refunds are guaranteed and the following terms and conditions apply:

• Your email address in your refund request must match the email address on your purchase receipt in order for a refund to be processed.
• If eligible, we’ll only issue a refund for your initial or first full-price subscription charge. Renewal charges are not eligible for a refund, so please make sure you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after your subscription go into effect at the end of that billing cycle.
• Once your refund request has been submitted, a refund may take up to 10 days to be processed back onto your original payment method. Please be aware that you may not receive communication from AI Style by DNA, SL  that your refund request has been approved or denied; however, if approved, a refund will be automatically processed back onto your original payment method.
• Should your refund request be approved, your subscription will be canceled and you will no longer have access to premium app content.
